Aufgaben
Your responsibilities - what awaits you:
- Strategic support and close collaboration with the CFO - you are acting as a strategic partner to the CFO
- Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and financial as well as management reporting
- Supporting the team of the Competence Center in analyzing and preparing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Identification and implementation of optimization initiatives
- Coordination of finance activities between local teams, corporate finance, and external partners
- Managing ad-hoc business and finance-related projects
- Acting as key contact for internal and external audits as well as regulatory matters
Anforderungsprofil
What you bring to the table:
- A Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in auditing or a multinational corporate environment in a finance department
- Strong expertise in controlling and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Solid experience in financial statement preparation (IFRS & UGB), tax filings, budgeting, and forecasting
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
- A structured, analytical approach combined with a high sense of responsibility
- A hands-on mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
- A commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
