We are seeking an experienced professional to manage investor relations for our client, an innovative Austrian production company.

You will be the voice of the group to the investment community -strengthening relationships with investors, analysts, and broker banks. Your work ensures transparent, consistent, and strategic communication that supports our long-term vision and positions the group as a trusted, forward-thinking partner in the capital markets despite turbulent times.

Investor Relations Specialist (d/f/m)

What you'll do

  • Shape the story: Partner with leadership to co-develop and execute the Group's IR strategy and enhance our equity narrative, in alignment with corporate goals,
  • Build investor confidence: Create high-impact financial & sustainable investment communications - incl. quarterly and annual reports, earnings releases, Q&A documents, investor presentations - that bring clarity and inspire confidence
  • Be the connector: Drive meaningful engagement through investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, positioning the group as a trusted voice in the market
  • Offer market insights: Interpret analyst coverage, track market trends and peer benchmarks, and assess capital market ratings
  • Build relationships that matter: Target and nurture key investors; manage the expectations of stakeholders including the executive board, top management etc; maintain a robust CRM that keeps the group ahead of the curve
  • Lead special projects: Co-host high-profile events like annual general meetings and IR-specific initiatives that shape our future

What you bring

  • Strategic mindset: A degree in Economics, Finance, or Law, paired with a sharp understanding of capital markets and experience in ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Proven expertise: Hands-on experience in investor relations or financial analysis, ideally with exposure to banking or equity markets in a in a fast-paced environment
  • Storytelling skills: A knack for capital market analysis, while transforming complex financial sustainability data into compelling narratives that resonate with investors
  • Communication excellence: Fluency in German and English with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and create and deliver presentations that engage and inform
  • Tech-savvy approach: Advanced proficiency in Reuters / Bloomberg, Windows, SAP & financial modelling tools to keep the group ahead
