Your Tasks

• Supporting the team in day-to-day business: assisting with the support of our insurance companies
• Accounting support: documenting and booking business transactions, preparing financial statements
• Data management: maintaining and structuring Excel spreadsheets, creating evaluations and reports and producing informative reports
• Project collaboration: collaboration and contribution of ideas to cross-divisional and cross-country projects (SAP FS RI, operational processes)

Your Profile

• Ongoing university studies, ideally in business administration, economics or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience is an advantage
• Strong affinity for numbers and an understanding of accounting processes
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (tables, pivot tables, simple formulas); confident use of other MS Office programs (Word, Outlook)
• Structured, careful and independent way of working, also with recurring administrative tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to work under pressure during routine tasks

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly salary of EUR 1,607.19 gross on the basis of 20 hours / week.
This part-time position (20 hours / week) is to be filled as soon as possible and is limited to two years.
