Under the supervision of the Financial Specialist and the Financial Management Officer (FMO), the incumbent provides voucher management services for all subscribed agencies at the U.S. Missions in Vienna. The incumbent's daily duty is to perform the examination of all types of vendor payments, from simple to complex, to review payments for accuracy, legality, and compliance with regulations, and to prepare voucher payment packages for certification, including all necessary supporting documentation.
We are looking for a bilingual (English and German), organized and a highly detail-oriented team player with at least two years of college or university studies in finance, accounting, bookkeeping or related financial field and progressively more responsible work experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial field for at least 2 years. The future incumbent will need to have a thorough knowledge of financial principles and processes, proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn various computer software applications.
Minimum 40,605 EUR annual gross salary, plus the additional bonus payments (13th and 14th month payment).
