Purchasing Controller (m/f/x) | Vienna, AT
YOUR TASKS
- Budget Management & Cost Control: monitoring procurement budget, maintaining forecasts
- Purchasing Analysis & Reporting: generating various reports for management, such as monthly material cost reporting, analyzing purchasing trends, proposing and tracking corrective actions
- Prepare and assess business cases: make-or-buy analysis, localization initiatives, material cost improvements
- Support, track and report implementation progress and financial impact of improvement measures as part of the group transformation program
- Contribute to continuous improvements in procurement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Stay updated on market trends, procurement technologies, and best practices to optimize purchasing decisions
YOUR PROFILE
- Min. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
- Proven experience in purchasing controlling, with a focus on financial controlling
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiations and cost management
- Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in procurement software, spreadsheets, and financial management tools
- Attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Business fluent in English - German or any other language is an advantage

- Salary is based on your qualifications and experience and will be discussed personally. According to the collective agreement, the minimum salary is EUR 3.775,27 gross per month.
