Team lead Loan Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Loan and Financing Administration:
- Recording project/infrastructure and public finance financing in designated systems
- Managing disbursements, interest rate adjustments, repayments, and contract amendments
- Syndicated Loan Management:
- Handling administration and coordination of syndicated loans
- Operational Coordination & Compliance:
- Overseeing day-to-day business and ensuring proper processing of loan transactions
- Providing information for internal and external inquiries
- Process Development & Regulatory Alignment:
- Taking technical responsibility for improving processes to meet external and internal requirements
- Leadership Responsibilities:
- Exercising disciplinary and technical leadership of the team
Our requirements
- Banking expertise and proven experience in a comparable role, ideally within project financing
- Comprehensive education in business administration
- Strong sales and customer orientation with a pronounced commitment to exceptional service
- IT proficiency with a strong passion for continuous process optimisation
- Commitment, coupled with a highly organised and detail-oriented work approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively and achieve success within a team environment
- Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills
This position is subject to the collective agreement for banks and bankers. The minimum gross annual salary starts at EUR 75.000,-- based on the above requirements. A market-standard salary above this is of course possible, depending on your experience and qualifications.
