As a Controller at Tribera, you'll play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, supporting business decisions, and ensuring sustainable growth at one of our premier locations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reforecasts for the PBSA portfolio.
- Build scenario analyses to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and capital planning.
- Produce monthly variance analyses (budget vs. actuals) with clear insights into occupancy, revenue performance, operating costs, and NOI.
- Build dashboards and automated reporting for real-time performance tracking across distributed teams.
- Contribute to underwriting for new developments and acquisitions, providing financial insights on expected yields and operating performance.
- Maintain and improve FP&A tools, forecast models, and reporting templates.
- Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate month-end close data flows into FP&A models.
Your profile
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to collaborate across departments in a distributed, multinational organization.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
- 2-5+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Real Estate Finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong accounting foundation (e.g., month-end close exposure, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations).
- Excellent German and English skills, enabling effective communication in an international business environment.
