  • Team Leadership: Manage the HR team (two employees with growing teams in Linz and other sites) and jointly implement all operational HR topics.
  • Innovation & Trends: Identify and implement current developments around New Work, Recruiting, and Employer Branding.
  • KPIs & Reporting: Define relevant metrics and expand HR reporting.
  • Project Work: Actively contribute to group-wide HR projects.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed education in HR, business, or similar.
  • Several years of experience in a senior HR role with a focus on People & Culture.
  • Excellent English and strong communication skills.
  • Empathy, leadership skills, and a feel for modern work environments.
  • Deep understanding of labor, social, and tax law.
  • Hands-on mentality combined with strategic foresight.

  • Flexible full-time or part-time role suitable for healthy worklife balance
  • Long-term employment in a stable company
  • Up-to-date equipment with support for home-office set-up
  • Flexible working hours and home office options
  • Supportive work environment with flat hierarchies and flexible culture
