FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Controller (f/m/d)
Part time 27h/week, hybrid (location Vienna Central Station with up to 60 % home office)
Your key responsibilities include
- Acting as a trusted financial business partner to the Nestlé OOH business; supporting the Sales and Marketing colleagues.
- Leading Dynamic Forecast preparation and budgeting processes contributing to business decision-making.
- Sales analysis and customer performance tracking against targets, identifying gaps and improvement areas.
- Driving portfolio management and optimization.
- Maintaining and analyzing dashboards (Excel, PowerBI, etc.), tracking KPIs to deliver clear insights to the business team. Preparing comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Performing business-related period-end close activities.
- Ensuring data accuracy, internal control adherence, and compliance of the financial reporting.
- Collaboration in various projects within the scope of process optimizations as well as responsibility for correct data management and cost overview in SAP.
- Close cooperation with the local corporate functions, Cluster (DACH) team, Swiss HQ and internal audit teams.
What will make you succeed
- Business studies with focus on Finance/Controlling successfully completed
- Experience (minimum 3 years) in Finance & Controlling
- Analytical and cost-conscious thinking, it is easy for you to quickly recognize connections and comprehend systems holistically
- Outstanding team player (f/m/d) with a high degree of independence, dynamism and responsibility
- Fast and pragmatic way of working as well as very good English skills
- Excellent MS-Excel knowledge, ideally experience with SAP and Power BI

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting from EUR 3.500 on a full-time basis, as well as a performance-related bonus. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a corresponding overpayment is possible.
