Group Business Continuity Manager/in (f/m/x)

The Group Resilience Management department is responsible for the two core domains Business Continuity and Physical Security in RBI Group. Paramount goal is the enablement of secure and continuous operation of business-critical processes and the prevention of business disruptions or harm to assets of RBI Group. Additionally, Group Resilience Management is responsible for the crisis management process throughout the RBI network.

As crucial part of the Group Security division this function transforms the strategic requirements of a holistic Operational Resilience approach into operational processes on RBI Group level as well as develops metrics and ongoing performance measurement and reporting.

You proactively address business partners to enable them to implement new business resilience processes in order to respond and adapt quickly to disruptions and unplanned changes. Your role at RBI

  • Further development of the group-wide strategy for Operational Resilience
  • Define and implement an Operational Resilience framework suitable for RBI Group to assure the necessary business continuity capabilities within Head Office and throughout the Group
  • Assess and develop the maturity level of BCM in Head Office and in the Group
  • Define suitable KPIs to measure the effectiveness of BCM and monitor them
  • Definition of minimum standards and creation/maintenance of guidelines in the RBI Group
  • Define and implement a crisis management policy suitable for RBI Group and rollout the crisis management process to the Group
  • This function focuses on strong relationship within the RBI Security team as well as business units and relevant critical stakeholders
  • Travel activities in the countries served by the RBI Group

Your core competencies

  • Completed higher education in the field of security and/or risk management or adequate practical experience
  • Solid knowledge of Business Continuity Management concepts, methodologies, technologies, and products
  • Practical experience in organization/business model in a regulatory environment as well as business-related processes. Relevant experience in the financial services industry is an asset
  • Strong result focus, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • High ability to work in a team and work independently
  • Strong coordination and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability for independent decision-making and issue resolution
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and German
  • Proactivity, engagement, and eagerness to learn
