Your Responsibilities:
- Develop an in depth understanding of Cost of Quality (=CoQ) business processes, ERP system and Business Intelligence tool
- Support the CoQ Finance team with the monthly/quarterly planning, closing and reporting process
- Work with the CoQ lead financial analyst on digitalization and BI initiatives for CoQ Finance
- Define and implement automated controls for the warranty process
- Responsible - with the help from the CoQ Finance Analyst - for the documentation for CoQ Finance processes
- Support the Quality Office with KPIs to drive INNIO's "Zero Defect" culture
Your Profile:
- Ongoing / finished bachelor or master's degree in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent
- Passionate about continuous improvement and digitalization topics
- Team-player who can also work independently
- Strong interest in sustainability and the Energy Transition
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English (verbal and in writing)
- Immediate start for an internship with the duration of a minimum of 6 months with the potential for further extension of 6 months
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.349,14 gross per month (x 14).
