Our customer is one of the leading international producers of high-end packaging glass for the spirits, pharma, perfumery & cosmetics and specialty markets. With six production sites worldwide, four decoration sites and around 3,350 employees, the family-owned company has more than 200 years of successful glassmaking history.

As Group Controller, you are a key contributor to the financial success of our clients company, working closely with the Head of Group Controlling. You coordinate and challenge plant financial performance and operational reporting for all Group plants. You will develop high-quality standardization processes and reports to ensure consistent application of Group reporting standards. You actively support the continuous improvement of governance and transparency across production sites.

Your main tasks include:

  • Preparation of monthly Group reporting, including variance analysis, KPIs, and management dashboards for all stakeholders.
  • Coordination and preparation of internal and external reporting.
  • Contributing to the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Supporting cross-functional projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring consistent application of Group reporting standards and processes across all production sites.
  • Providing financial KPIs and management dashboards to ensure alignment with overall Group targets.
  • Continuous development of processes and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).

The requirements:

  • Degree in economics/finance/business administration.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial reporting.
  • Several years of experience in group reporting and controlling, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with BI tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes (up to 10%).

This position is compensated with 60.000EUR gross p.a. . A willingness to overpay is possible, depending on qualifications and experience.
