Responsibilities
- Central management and coordination of group-wide issues at both parent company and subsidiary level, with a focus on:
- Managing the interest rate position based on economic and regulatory criteria
- Managing the balance sheet structure and implementing hedge accounting (IFRS and UGB)
- Planning and managing net interest income
- Independently developing and analysing scenarios for stakeholders:
- Preparation, presentation and discussion of analysis results
- Development of proposals for control measures
- Preparation of decision-making documents for management and group companies
- Participation in strategic treasury projects and group-wide initiatives, ensuring the seamless integration of new group-wide standards into ALM
- Collaboration and coordination of content with other departments such as Accounting, Controlling and Market Risk ManagementProfile
Profile
- Relevant university degree
- More than 2 years' relevant professional experience (treasury, asset liability management, controlling, market risk management, consultancy)
- Strong interest in capital market issues and financial instruments
- Strong IT skills, excellent knowledge of Excel, experience with databases (SQL)
- Knowledge of Bloomberg and Kondor+ is an advantage
- Excellent command of English
- Analytical thinking, willingness to learn and initiative

For this position, the minimum basic salary under the collective agreement is EUR55,593.16 on a full-time basis. Depending on your experience and professional qualifications, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
