What to expect:
- Support to local business units during Purchase Requisition, Order Creation, and Invoice Upload processes
- Assigning, booking and monitoring invoices, including accrual management
- Monitoring and resolving invoices and order exceptions
- Preparing and maintaining desktop procedures and user manuals
- Providing professional guidance to stakeholders and team members
- Supporting local business units with expense report creation in Concur, including review of cost accuracy and tax correctness
- Customer and user support, including training on how to create travel requests and expense reports
What we expect:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities
- You communicate confidently in both English and German at B2 level
- Knowledge of SAP, ARIBA, or Concur is an advantage
