Job description

As a Strategy & Transformation Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on Business Finance, you will report directly to the management team and support our Area Leads in finance, HR, and business continuity/quality management with a range of exciting topics.

  • Preparing complex issues for the management team, board, and supervisory board meetings in a visually appealing and convincing manner
  • Preparation and evaluation of business cases (including sensitivity analyses, investment calculations, etc.)
  • Cross-departmental coordination and analysis of topics and development of consistent decision-making bases
  • Structured elaboration of current topics in the areas of finance, HR, and business continuity/quality management
  • Communication and acting as an interface between management and specialist departments (especially controlling, commercial management, HR, and business continuity/quality management)
  • Preparation of meaningful analyses and reports
  • Conception and implementation of cross-departmental strategic projects

What we offer

Remuneration and benefits: The minimum salary for this position is EUR 4,200.00 gross (14 times per annum, no all-in contract). The actual salary depends on the respective qualifications and professional experience.

Applicants from other locations should be willing to travel to Linz.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree with a focus on business administration
  • Several years of professional experience as a (junior) consultant in a consulting firm
  • Experience in preparing business cases for decision-makers
  • Proficient use of AI
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ability to communicate complex topics in a concise manner appropriate for the target audience
  • Quick comprehension
  • Winning demeanor with strong communication and cooperation skills
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Critical and entrepreneurial thinking
