Your Profile
- Studies of business administration or similar, specialization on Controlling is an advantage
- Several years of experience in a similar position, production background prefered
- Understanding of state-of-the-art MGMT Reporting
- IT affinity and experience (MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.))
- SAP-experience is a plus
- High analytical and communication skills
- Solution-oriented approach with a strong hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English and German
About the Role
Planning & Tool Management
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group planning tool.
- Ensure high-quality planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for Finance and Group functions.
Operational Controlling
- Develop and establish detailed operational controlling processes.
- Monitor and support the financial development of subsidiaries, including regular analysis and follow-up of monthly, quarterly, and annual results.
Reporting & KPIs
- Provide management with reliable KPIs and decision-oriented reports.
- Drive transparency and strengthen financial steering across the Group to identify improvement opportunities.
