Credit Officer Corporate & Institutional Financing (f/m/x)

Your role at RBI
- Structure, draft, review, and negotiate national and international loan documentation for large corporate and institutional clients. This includes syndicated and bilateral loans, certificate of indebtedness, supply chain finance, and a wide range of other products governed by English, Austrian, or German law
- Lead and participate in deal teams, acting as a "deal captain" with primary responsibility for a portfolio of transactions, collaborating closely with business units and external partners
- Coordinate syndicated loans as facility and documentation agent
- Manage legal and operational tasks throughout the lifecycle of each financing transaction
Your core competencies
- A university degree in law, business administration, or a related field
- Preferably experience in corporate financing, though it's not mandatory
- Knowledge of structuring and preparing international loan documentation (e.g. LMA, LSTA) is an advantage
- Ability to merge legal expertise with business needs
- Familiarity of Legal Tech and a passion for AI & innovation
- Excellent command of English and good knowledge of German
- Experience in agile teams, showing initiative, teamwork, and strong customer focus
