Group Investment Management (GIM) is Erste Group's central unit for the strategic and tactical development of investment solutions in Austria and the core markets of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). GIM works closely with local units to create innovative and sustainable strategies for private investors - from experienced clients to Generation Z. The focus is on Private Banking, Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM), and Investment Advisory. Through group-wide collaboration, GIM enhances client-centricity and professionalism in investment processes.
Your Tasks
- Create and enhance presentations and Excel-based analyses
- Work independently on international, client-focused projects
- Actively contribute to internal and external meetings
- Support administrative tasks and assist with meeting organization
Your Background
- Ongoing studies at a university or university of applied sciences in Economics or Business
- Excellent command of German and English (minimum C1 level in both)
- Strong interest in capital and financial markets and in innovative, client-oriented solutions
- Initial experience in banking or client interaction is a plus
