Our client has built an outstanding international reputation through excellence in engineering and a strong commitment to sustainability. As a global player with unique products, the company combines a high degree of visibility with generous social benefits and a culture of responsibility towards its employees.
The Group Finance Team is now expanding and seeking a new key member: a strategically minded and analytically strong individual who does not simply deliver numbers, but enables better decisions.

Your responsibilities:

Coordination of the forecast process with relevant stakeholders, including preparation of the Group forecast (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) based on central value drivers and the planning inputs of the Group companies

  • Co-responsibility for the annual budget and mid-term planning, including strategic decision support, cross-functional collaboration, and presentations to top management
  • Analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as planning and commentary within the framework of management reporting
  • Support in strategic and operational planning, deriving and tracking measures, and critically reviewing business plans
  • Further development of management models and controlling processes, with a focus on planning processes
  • Participation in ad-hoc analyses, evaluations, and the preparation of presentations for decision-makers

Your profile:

  • Degree in Business Studies - ideally with a focus on Controlling - plus at least ten years of relevant professional experience in an international industrial environment or in management consulting
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, with sound knowledge in the areas of profitability, balance sheet, and liquidity analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset, systematic thinking, and enthusiasm for the further development of controlling processes
  • Excellent communication skills and confident presence at all levels
  • Very good command of MS Excel and experience with management reporting IT tools
  • Fluent English skills; knowledge of German is an advantage

What to expect:

This exciting and globally connected position offers the opportunity to work in a company with a strong vision, a commitment to sustainability, and a high level of innovation. In addition to attractive social benefits and a flexible home office policy (up to 50%), our client offers an annual gross salary starting at EUR 80,000,- - with a clear willingness to pay more depending on experience and qualifications.

Take advantage of this unique opportunity in a successful and forward-looking company and send your application, quoting Job ID (761-KA), to karriere@adhara.eu. Your application will of course be handled in strict confidence.
