We are looking for a (Junior) Sales Controller to join our Finance Beverage Team at our Headquarters base in Elsbethen.
As part of the Finance Controlling organization, you are responsible for ensuring the timely preparation of global sales reports to support management decision-making. Serving as a key point of contact for the HQ Global Sales Team, this role bridges communication between local and headquarters teams, assists strategic initiatives, and contributes to financial planning. The ideal candidate brings initial experience in controlling and a strong drive to advance their career within the Red Bull Finance organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
MONTH-END CLOSING / REPORTING / ANALYSIS
- Prepare global sales reports
- Overseeing the monthly financial close process, including reconciliation of internal systems
- Coordinate the monthly accrual process
- Analysis of global sales volume, value, and trade investments using business analysis tools
- Perform ad hoc calculations
PLANNING & FORECASTING
- Coordinate timings and input needed during the budget process
- Technical planning support
BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
- Business partner for the HQ Global Sales teams, focusing on cost planning and reporting
- Facilitation of communication between local and headquarters teams and supporting strategic initiatives in Trade Marketing
SALES CONTROLLING
- Product hierarchy maintenance and regular updates for new SKU launches
- ERP support, testing system updates, including Country Roll-outs
- Ensure the quality of customer profitability analysis throughout all Red Bull organizations
- Share global sales controlling know-how via finance academies
Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- First relevant Finance experience, ideally as a Sales Controller, is an advantage
- University degree in Business Administration/Finance
- Fluent in English
- IT literate, excellent MS Excel knowledge
- Proficiency with integrated business analysis tools (e.g. BI, Power BI, SAC etc.) and advanced analytics (e.g. Snowflake, Python etc.) is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to quickly identify and analyze risks & impacts, and able to define alternatives
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry is beneficial
- Result and performance-oriented
- Basic accounting and tax knowledge
- Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
