You'll win us over by:
- Holding a Master's, Doctoral degree, or equivalent, combined with substantial practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles) in a commercial or finance-related field, such as:
- Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Informatics, or similar disciplines
- Gaining at least 4 months of international experience through studying, working, or volunteering abroad
- Demonstrating adaptability, mobility, and a proactive mindset throughout the program duration
- Bringing strong analytical skills, self-organization, and an entrepreneurial spirit - eager to innovate, drive change, take ownership, follow through, and work independently while staying organized
- Showing solid business acumen - thinking strategically and understanding economic dynamics
- Communicating effectively and showing a strong interest in operational business and cross-cultural collaboration
- Being fluent in English and German (minimum B2)
- Interest in working across Central & Eastern Europe
Our Offer:
The gross annual salary for this position is EUR 57.773,54, in accordance with the collective agreement.
