My client is key player in the automotive industry, who specializes in delivering innovative mobility solutions tailored to a wide range of customers. To support their ongoing growth, my client is seeking a Finance Manager (all genders) to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Job Description
- Acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CFO
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes, including activity planning, FTE calculations, and P&L management
- Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Conducting financial analyses and forecasts to support decision-making
- Handling financial reporting and overseeing controlling activities
- Playing an active role in budget negotiations
- Identifying and driving initiatives for process optimization
- Managing ad-hoc business and finance-related projects
- Assisting with internal and external audits and addressing finance-related queries from key stakeholders
- Coordinating financial activities between local teams, corporate finance, and competence centers
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements
- Serving as the key point of contact for auditors and regulatory authorities
- Collaborating closely with executives and other key stakeholders across the organization
The Successful Applicant
- A Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in auditing or a multinational corporate environment in a finance department
- Strong expertise in controlling and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Solid experience in financial statement preparation (IFRS & UGB), tax filings, budgeting, and forecasting
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
- A structured, analytical approach combined with a high sense of responsibility
- A hands-on mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
- A commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

The proposed gross annual salary for this position ranges from EUR65,000 to EUR80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
