Expert - Sustainability Controlling (f/m/d)

How You"ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

• You'll work within a cross-functional project team of controlling and sustainability experts
• In your role you'll analyse relevant methodological standards for impact measurement & valuation
• You'll focus on selecting, implementing, and optimising an impact measurement & valuation methodology for the ALDI South Group
• In addition you'll be supporting the development of a holistic company steering model combining financial success and societal impact
• This includes the creation of convincing presentations for international top-management meetings
• Another task that awaits you is working on project management activities to ensure compliance with time, cost and scope requirements
• Researching further development in the cross-section of controlling and sustainability completes your area of responsibility

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

• You have completed your studies in the field of business administration, economics, or sustainability
• Ideally you possess first work experience in an internationally orientated auditing firm, management consultancy, FMCG or retail industry
• Ideally you have already gained professional experience in the field of impact measurement and valuation, sustainability reporting or you have expertise in ESG frameworks and standards
• You are interested in understanding the effects of corporate impacts on society and the environment and developing tools to incorporate these into corporate decisions
• Self-motivation and enthusiasm describe your independent working style
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multinational environment are a matter of course for you
• You're fluent in the English language, German skills would be an advantage

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 59.350,-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
