UpNano is a young, successful high-tech company specialised in the development, production and commercialisation of ultra-high resolution 3D printing systems, and is currently the global technology leader in 2PP (two-photon polymerisation) based 3D printing with the NanoOne.
Due to the market success of the past months, we want to expand our finance team. To support our team, we are looking for a motivated Financial Controller.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (F/M/D)

FULL-TIME | 38.5 HOURS PER WEEK | VIENNA, AUSTRIA

Your Tasks

• Support monthly reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor operating costs (OPEX/COGS) and identify key cost drivers
• Prepare financial analyses to support business decisions and investments
• Help build and maintain financial models and dashboards
• Build materials for management and shareholder presentations

Your Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or audit
• Strong Excel skills; experience with an ERP system such as BMD, SAP or RZL is a plus
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of financial statements and cost structures
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Proactive hands-on mentality and strong communication skills

Salary

The actual minimum salary is 3.415,01 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year. The collective agreement Metallgewerbe applies.
