Assist to complete document work for corporate clients, fulfill risk management/compliance/internal control process
Corporate Business Assistant
Responsibility
- Assist corporate client manager to implement regular risk review according to bank regulation and process
- Assist corporate client manager to finish on-boarding/KYC update/Due Diligence report
- Assist corporate client manager on daily maintenance(account, e-bank,audit etc)
- Assist corporate client manager on Internal Control related works
- Assist corporate client manager on credit business archives management
- Assist corporate client manager on other work
Governance
- Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
- Ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations forms part of the culture. Do what is right in order to avoid reputational risks and operational losses.
- Assist Corporate Business Client Manager to handle customer issues and product enquiries on timely basis in accordance with established procedures.
- Engage with all audit report findings and ensure feedback is acted upon
- Implement internal control indicators required by the Bank.
- Implement the corporate business complied with authority limitations and risk limits(including exposure limit etc) set by regulation
Qualification
- Academic Degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or Marketing.
- Two years of experience in the financial services industry, or risk management role in Bank.
- Highly customer focused, flexible, hardworking and strong team player.
- Accountable, takes ownership, entrepreneurial.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiating skills.
- Excellent command of English or Fluent in German.
Salary
from EUR 3272.23 monthly (Negotiable)
