Financial Manager (M/F)

Your tasks:

• Responsible for Accounting and internal financial management of the bank:
  Daily invoice booking, Payment account management, Business expense budget preparation and control, Business result analysis, Fix asset management, Business contract check，Monthly and annual financial statements, payroll accountants, Bank Asset Risk Management; etc
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of policies, work instructions, and processes in the areas of reporting, accounting, and financial statement preparation:
  Fix asset management policy, Measure on expense management policy, Regulations for Austria national bank regulatory reporting, CRS report policy, FATCA report policy; etc
• Responsible for bank's financial statement disclosure:
  Prepare regulatory reports to OENB, Reports to FMA, Unternehmensservice Portal, CRS Report to Tax body, CESOP Report to Tax body, monthly Account register reporting to Tax body; etc
• Responsible for bank tax matters:
  monthly and yearly VAT report, quarterly Kammerumlage, quarterly Stabilitätsabgabe, yearly Corporate tax calculation and reports, contact with Austria Tax consulting Office; etc
• Responsible for bank external audit:
  Contact with external auditor, Prepare and answer the request from external auditor, external audit contract;
• Responsible for providing professional advice on Austrian taxation, accounting, and related matters for banking businesses
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting/Finance OR Certified Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung)
• IFRS knowledge and interest
• Several years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, or reporting environment, ideally within a bank or regulated organization (bank experience not mandatory)
• Knowledge or interest for regulatory accounting reporting and Austria Tax (USt/KÖSt)
• Experience in cooperating with auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal control bodies
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working approach
• Fluent in German and English for communication and report writing
• Proficiency in common office software
• Valid residence status in Austria
• Enjoyment in collaborating with an international, multicultural team

Salary

We offer a competitive salary above the collective contract, depending on experience and qualifications the annual gross salary is starting from 60,000 EUR.
