Finance & Controlling Manager Austria & Switzerland (f/m/x)

Tasks

• Lead monthly financial reporting, including P&L analysis for Sales and Manufacturing
• Prepare sales and margin reports by market and customer to support commercial decisions
• Oversee receivables and credit limits to ensure effective risk control
• Lead and oversee local accounting tasks and filing of IFRS and statutory yearly financial accounts
• Manage annual budgeting and support forecasting processes
• Calculate SKU‑level pricing in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing
• Support Sales, Plant Management, and the Sub‑Region GM with performance optimization and quotation validation
• Drive cost‑saving analyses, monitor project impact (incl. PAP), and support ad‑hoc initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 8+ years' experience in Finance / Controlling within industrial environments
• Strong project management skills across finance‑related initiatives
• Extensive experience with SAP and Oracle HFM for reporting and budgeting, preferred
• Solid understanding of GL processes and month‑end / year‑end closing
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience working in matrix structures and international organizations
• Fluent German and English skills

Salary

The actual minimum salary amounts to 63,000 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis). The salary is paid 14 times per year. In addition, a monthly bonus is paid.
