The Platform Operational Scale team ensures that our internal platform capabilities can support rapid growth and operational excellence. As a Product Owner, you'll help unify our services and workflows to better serve internal stakeholders across onboarding, billing, reconciliation, partner enablement, and support tooling. Your work will be foundational to enabling scalable growth and a best-in-class operator experience.
Product Owner - Platform Operational Scale
What You'll Do:
- Support sprint ceremonies and ensure team velocity is maintained through clear documentation and prioritization, with strong visibility at all times on initiative progress, blockers, and dependencies to enable clear communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Own the scrum team backlog for internal platform tooling and process scalability features.
- Oversee and validate roadmap initiatives broken down into user stories (created by BAs), ensuring clarity, structure, and alignment with business needs.
- Partner closely with product leaders across onboarding, billing, and CRM to identify friction points and drive automation.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define APIs, integration points, and systems handoffs (e.g., CRM, ERP, billing engines).
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including customers and payment service providers, to ensure requirements are clearly defined and roles and responsibilities are well understood across all parties.
- Ensure features are scalable, maintainable, and reusable across product lines and partners.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role supporting platform or internal tooling initiatives; experience in customer-facing technical roles is a great advantage.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS operations, including CRM workflows, partner onboarding, usage tracking, and billing integration.
- Solid understanding of user story structure and acceptance criteria, with the ability to work closely with BAs to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
- Familiarity with API-driven platforms and internal service orchestration.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly when interfacing with multiple departments.

Salary
The minimum salary is 55,000 EUR gross per year (on a 38.5-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
