Trever is a fast-growing fintech company providing digital asset infrastructure for financial institutions. As a Key Account Manager based in Vienna or Graz, you will take ownership of customer relationships, support deal-closing phases and collaborate closely with internal teams.

Key Account Manager (F/M/X)

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with institutional customers as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Support deal-closing phases such as handling contractual, commercial, and organizational discussions with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Ops) such as contributing to product feedback and strategic discussions.
  • Monitor account performance, focus on customer needs and expand relationships.

Your Skills

  • Several years of professional experience in (key) account management, relationship management, or customer success - ideally within banking, financial services, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading processes, or digital asset infrastructures is a significant advantage.
  • Affinity for technology and software products, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication in English and German, high organizational skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • High sense of ownership, reliability, and professional integrity.

Salary

The gross salary for this position starts at EUR4,500 per month, plus an optional performance-based bonus. We are open to offering a higher salary depending on your qualifications and experience.
